“Bermudian Girl” Book Series: “A Hat for a Promise” and “Rebecca, 1775: The Birthday Connection” are two historical fiction stories that feature Bermudian children, set in 1650 and 1775, respectively. Perhaps of particular interest to US visitors would be “The Birthday Connection”, which involves the historical connection between Bermuda and the American Colonies in their fight for independence.
