C05. Hamilton Apartment

Located in pretty grounds not a 10 minute walk from down town Hamilton, the apartment suits two adults who will enjoy exploring the island and especially the proximity to town. Hamilton offers shopping, dining and evening attractions, as well as excellent public transportation services on both ferry and bus lines from the central depot. The apartment has a mini kitchen suitable for preparing breakfast and snacks, with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, a nice barbecue outdoors and a bar fridge. Air conditioned and with cable TV as well, the main sleeping arrangement is a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet as amenities. Many activities and tours start and terminate in Hamilton and information can be picked up about them at the Visitors Service Bureau. Many boat charters and cruises leave from Hamilton as well. There's excellent food shopping nearby at Miles Supermarket where gourmet fare can be found, as well as beer, wine and spirits.

Hamilton is also renowned for its library and the Old Perot's Post Office, and for City Hall with its galleries filled with exhibitions. Bermuda has a number of excellent commercial art galleries as well as fine custom jewelers, couture clothiers, antiques, china and crystal emporiums, bookstores, internet cafes and so on. You can even pick up a Bermuda flag from the ship supplier on the waters edge in front of the Miles Supermarket!
