This cozy studio apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, only 5 minutes walk to the local supermarket as well as 2 major bus routes and the Belmont Ferry shuttle-service. From here it is a 5 minute ride to our beautiful south shore beaches.  There is a pool at this location which guests may use by arrangement with the homeowner.

The studio is stylishly decorated in tropical palm fabrics it has a queen size be, and comes with all necessities including towels, household linens, iron, hairdryer etc.  The bathroom is newly- renovated with large shower, toilet and vanity basin.  There is a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) with café-table seating. Outside, in a sunny spot amongst the flowers and palm trees, is a table and chairs as well as a BBQ for your use.

The studio has cable TV, phone for local calls and is air-conditioned. This is a no smoking apartment with weekly maid service.
