C14. City of Hamilton Cottage

"City of Hamilton Cottage" is a detached cottage located in a garden setting, in a very private area in Pembroke, close to the Hamilton waterfront. It is a charming renovated studio cottage, nicely decorated and extremely well equipped with air conditioning, cable T.V. and telephone service, ( to make long distance call you will need a phone card that must be purchased in Bermuda as overseas ones do not work on the island). You can purchase Internet access by contacting one of the two ISP providers on the island (see website link) to purchase a temporary account for Internet services. We have a clock-radio, and a two single beds which can be assembled into a king bed. There is a large wardrobe and a five drawer bureau in the main room. The kitchen is fully equipped with wooden cabinets, two burners, an under-counter fridge, plus a microwave oven and toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, wash-basin, vanity and toilet.

The studio is 3 minutes away from the City of Hamilton by moped or taxi, or provides an enjoyable 15-minute walk to the bus and ferry services in Hamilton. Groceries and liquor can be obtained from the nearby Garden Market and Serpentine Liquors or from the famous Miles Supermarket near the Princess Hotel. Towels for the bathroom are supplied, as are all other linens. Two Beach towels are also provided. The studio is a housekeeping unit - no maid service is provided. Laundry facilities are available on request.

A 15% deposit is required to secure your reservation. It is suggested that guests bring cash or travellers cheques to pay the balance of the rental. Credit card payments are NOT accepted. We are a strictly NO-SMOKING policy INSIDE the cottage.We are not responsible for any injuries or lost property during your stay so please come with appropriate insurance to cover any mishap.
