C99. The Devonshire 1 bedroom Cottage with a view of the Sea

A comfortable one bedroom cottage, with private garden, 4 piece
bathroom, spacious living-room and full sized kitchen with laundry
facilities within an 8 minute bus ride from the City of Hamilton.
Located in attractive gardens with a view of the southern ocean, the
cottage suits two adults (double bed), with a
guest or child on the sleep sofa in the living-room. Air conditioning in
the bedroom and TV with VCR. $25.00 for the third guest/child.
This location enjoys a very special garden setting with a covered patio
made for tranquil evenings that stretch unto the night, watching the
stars and the moonlight on the water. This location has some very
interesting scenery nearby: Devonshire Marsh is a wildlife sanctuary- a
brackish marsh containing many migratory birds and interesting walks.
Just beyond the Marsh is the public Golf Course “Ocean View” with its
panoramic vistas of the north shore coastline. Just down the road is the
Arboretum with its wonderful collection of unusual plants . The
Botanical Gardens are closer to the South Shore and The Premier’s
Residence, the magnificent old mansion “Camden” is open for viewing.
Beaches would include John Smiths Bay about 10 minutes East of the
cottage, or the pretty Devonshire Bay just three or four minutes away
and where one can buy fresh fish . Elbow Beach is perhaps 10 minutes
away heading west on the South Shore: a magnificent stretch of sand and
the first of series of public beaches that stretch west along the
fabled South Shore Coast to Southampton Parish, including Warwick Long
bay, Horseshoe bay, Chaplin's Bay and Church Bay, amongst others…
Hamilton offers shopping, dining and evening attractions, as well as
