With sleeping accommodations for up to 4 guests, this spacious studio suite is equipped with a Queen bed in the living room, and a Double sofa bed for an additional two guests. In the living area, there is also a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The full kitchen has all of the necessary elements to cook a great meal, including: a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, pots and pans, and utensils. There is a full bath, with sink, toilet, and bathtub with shower. Free wi-fi internet is included with this rental, telephone for local calls (long distance requires calling card), as well as air conditioning and heating, and a ceiling fan.

Included with this rental is use of the swimming pool and a BBQ. After a refreshing swim, enjoy your barbecued meal in the outdoor patio area, with a dining table and chairs for 4.

With its location in Southampton, the apartment is in a wonderful location for walking to the famous South Shore beaches or hiking along the cliffs. Closest to this property is Horseshoe Bay, one of the most popular South Shore beaches with its pink sands, and many facilities (including food and drink concession stands, bathrooms, showers, and beach equipment rentals).

Also within walking distance of the property are bus stops along Middle Road, which are for the #8 bus that heads both West over to Somerset, and East into the city of Hamilton. For grocery shopping there are several options in the area, with the closest being a walk away at the MarketPlace grocery store on Middle Road.
Nearby restaurants to this lovely apartment include: The Wok Express, Island Cuisine, Tio-Pepe, Pizza House, Mr. Chicken, and the Waterlot Inn.

Nearby to the property are several attractions, including the Fairmont Southampton Hotel (with several good restaurants), Gibbs Hill Lighthouse (go up and take in the far-reaching views), and golf courses (the closest being Riddell’s Bay and Belmont Golf Course).

The city of Hamilton is a 20-25 minute drive East of the property, where you can do some shopping, enjoy a restaurant meal, and take part in Harbour Nights on Front Street from May to September. The charming hamlet of Somerset Village is a 10-15 minute drive West of the property, with shops and cafes. Just beyond Somerset is the 200 year old Naval Dockyard, now converted into a museum and shopping concourse with pubs, crafts market, a parasail operation, charter boats, beach facilities, etc.
