Summer Rate (April 1 – Dec 31): $540 per night for 5 guests, $50 per night for a 6th guest. 5 night minimum charge.

The beautifully decorated family home is surrounded by the lush gardens and water features that are the joy of dedicated horticulturists. With pretty views of the water and harbour boats from the upstairs rooms, the grounds are filled with rare species, secret pathways and tumbling laddered fountains. Tranquil covered arbors await your evening drinks or afternoon naps. The house is centrally located in Warwick with excellent bus services into Hamilton and beyond, or out to the west end to Somerset or Dockyard. There are several excellent places to dine very close by as well. The closest beach is the fabled Warwick Long Bay- pink sand, turquoise waters ~ just bring a picnic because you will want to stay all day and into the evening...

This beautiful three bedroom townhouse offers the following amenities:

Perfect Rental

My family of four spent a wonderful 2 weeks at C48 town house on our first visit to Bermuda. The home had everything we needed for our stay. The rental is exactly as advertised, with comfortable, up-to-date furnishings and appliances, and ceiling fans, air conditioning and WiFi that all worked perfectly during our stay. The house has three floors and a furnished basement, so there is plenty of room for all of the guests to spread out comfortably. The main floor has an incredible view looking out over the island, with the lights of Hamilton in the distance. The home is centrally located, just a short drive to any part of the island. It is in quiet neighborhood and has a nice patio area offering a relaxing place to come home to bbq after a day at the beach. After weighing our transportation options, we chose to rent two electric Twizys (check them out at currentvehicles.com). They are not much more expensive than renting bicycles or scooters and are much safer and open up more opportunities to explore the island. We were able to fit beach chairs, umbrellas and lunches in them, which we could not have done on bicycles, scooters or on the buses. The home has charging ports for the Twizys which made keeping them charged very simple. The owners are so friendly and helpful, offering us advice whenever we needed it. Thank you both for making our stay such a memorable experience. We hope to return again and certainly recommend this property to anyone planning to visit Bermuda. Thank you also to Caterina and Fiona of Bermudarentals.com for making our rental experience very smooth and trouble free, and for such prompt communication whenever we had a question. I highly recommend using their company if you plan to visit Bermuda.
