Summer Price: Apr 1 – Oct 31 (includes Christmas-New Year Weeks):

(C110) Main House (4 Bedrooms): $7625 a week for 8 guests. $1,100 a day, for periods of less than 1 week; 5-night minimum.
  (C110B) 1Bedroom Apartment: $250 per night for up to 3 guests; 4-night minimum.
  Additional Price: $50 per night for each additional person, including children.

Winter Price: (Nov 1 - Mar 31)
  (C110) Main House (4 Bedrooms):  $4500 a week for 8 guests. $800 a day, for periods of less than 1 week; 4-night minimum. Holiday weekends and Christmas at summer rate.
  (C110B) 1 Bedroom Apartment: $150 per night for up to 3 guests; 4-night minimum. Attractive monthly rates available.

For monthly rentals the main house will be $8,000 plus utilities, a refundable damage deposit and the 4.5% government taxes.

*Summer rates apply during the holiday season, any reservation including dates from Dec 20 - Jan 5 will be at the summer rate*

Additional Price: $50 per night for each additional person, including children, to a maximum of 18 guests.


C110 is a large 7+ bedroom house divided into four very comfortable  sections: a 4 bedroom main house, two additional full sized apartments – a 2 bedroom and – a 1 bedroom, and a studio apartment. Overlooking  the magnificent North Shore Coastline and very close to Harrington  Sound, the house is less than a mile (approx. 15 min walk) to the calm waters of Shelley Bay Beach  and the excellent bus service of the North Shore Road, making excursions  very easy to manage. Best of all, there’s an entertainment patio and a  pool for late night dips. Also available: extra maid service and a large rental vehicle to take your group around the island (extra charge for these services).

Our one bedroom unit is part of the large luxury home with spacious grounds and can be rented separately from time to time, as can the 2 bedroom apartment. Patio furniture and beach chairs are supplied for all units. The main apartment and the 2 bedroom apartment have water views.

The pool is reserved for the guests in the main house.

At the main house, enjoy a refreshing swim, cook dinner on the gas BBQ and witness an awe-inspiring sunset without ever leaving the property. But we doubt you’ll be able to resist the pink sands and calm waters of at Shelly Bay Beach about a 15 minute walk away. There is a particularly good children’s playground there as well. The location is half way between the airport and Hamilton in a less commercial area. It is closer to the beaches we prefer in Bermuda and there are many restaurants in the area to choose from. Rustico’s is the local restaurant and we were delighted with both the service and the food and at the famous Swizzle Inn, one of the oldest pubs in the island and Tom Moore’s Tavern- a perfect place for a nice dinner out. Tuckers Point resort with its fine dining is about 10 minutes away by taxi and is lovely.

In the main house: 4 bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen in Master, 1 Queen and 1 Twin in 2nd bedroom, 1 Queen in 3rd and 1 Queen and 1 Twin in 4th) and 4.5 bathrooms

2 bedroom apartment:  1 King bed and 2 Twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite for the Master bedroom.

1 bedroom apartment: 1 King bed with 1 Queen sleep sofa

Studio: Queen bed.

There are also 3 Queen air mattresses that can be made available for additional sleeping arrangements.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. All other rooms in the house have air-conditioning and heating as well. Cable TV and wireless internet included. DVD players and CD players are provided in each unit.

The main 4 bedroom apt, the 2 bedroom apt, and the 1 bedroom apt all have their own BBQ. Beach towels are provided for guests in all units.

Laundry facilities are available in all apartments for guests staying 7 nights or longer. Iron included. One bathroom in the main house has a shower but no tub; all other bathrooms have a shower/tub combination. Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom.

There are three kitchens in total, fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer (main apartment has separate fridge and freezer), microwave and coffee maker (standard drip with filters provided) to make dining in quick and easy. All dishes, cutlery, glassware and kitchen linens are also provided. The nearest grocer is only a 3-minute drive away however guests are encouraged to pack a suitcase of favourite treats including frozen meats. JUST DON’T BRING  veggies  or fruit  as they are forbidden due to insect importation controls. Please be advised the grocery store closes at 10pm.

C110C has a microwave, mini fridge, BBQ and coffee maker.

We always suggest packing your own beach gear. If you cannot do that, Tobacco Bay in St. George’s rents chairs, umbrellas, tables, snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle boards, and more. Horseshoe Bay also rents out beach equipment including chairs and umbrellas.

A Pack n’ Play, high chair, car seat, and rocker seat can be made available.

This is a self-catering home, but maid services can be made available for your stay for an additional cost.

Wheelchair accessibility: The 1 bedroom apartment is wheelchair accessible. The 2 bedroom apartment could be accessed by a wheelchair by coming in through the extra bedroom which has no steps, or by the master bedroom porch which has a 4″ step. The main house could be accessed from the rear of the house with one 6″ step.

Dogs are welcome with a $250 deposit paid on arrival to cover the costs of deep cleaning the apartment(s) after departure. The one bedroom apartment has a fenced in area and the main unit has 2 fenced areas, there is plenty of yard for a dog to get exercise.

Flatts Village is 2 minutes away by bus (or a pleasant 15 minute walk) and is delightful spot with good restaurants such as Rustico and Four Star Pizza, gift and other shops, and the Aquarium and Zoo which are well worth a visit.

There is a 24 hour gym a few minutes away from the property.

The Railway Trail to Bailey’s Bay is at the beginning of the street – very close by. Hiking is excellent on the Railway Trail, at the Spittal Pond Bird Sanctuary and along endless miles of coastline. Swimming and snorkeling are good at most beaches. However, Shelly Bay Beach is very safe, and never has an undertow as do many of the more turbulent South Shore beaches.

There are numerous public golf courses, the nearest two being the Mid Ocean Golf Club and the Ocean View Golf Course. Sports activities including tennis can be booked at reasonable rates at Grotto Bay, which is 10 minutes away by bus.

Hamilton is only 8.31 kilometres (5.16 miles) from C110. The stop for bus service east to St. George’s and west to Hamilton is about a minute from your door. The Route 11 bus runs every 15 minutes from 6:45 am until midnight (see the bus schedule on our website).

The nearby Shelly Bay Marketplace is a full-service grocer. Grocery stores also sell liquor, wines and beer. A pharmacy, dry-cleaners and Post Office are also close at hand. In short, everything you could want for a memorable island getaway awaits you at this marvelous waterfront property.

Incredible Vacation!

We recently had a family vacation to Bermuda (6 adults, a 2-year old and a 6-month old). We loved everything about our visit. The homeowner greeted us upon our arrival and walked us through the home. The house was perfect for our group. Each couple has their own bedroom and en suite; all bedrooms were nicely separated from each other as well as from the main living area. We took full advantage of all the outdoor space, eating dinner each evening on the balcony. The house is far enough off the main road that it is quite quiet, however, close enough that it was a short walk to get to the bus station. Shelly Bay Marketplace is incredibly convenient, as is the liquor store. We found this the perfect location on the island to stay as all the day trips we wanted to do were easily accessible.

We stayed at the C110 main house from July 18-25, 2018. This dwelling is expansive and very luxurious. We had more than ample room and privacy for 7 inhabitants. Everybody had their own private bathroom (for 1-2 people per bedroom). The kitchen is huge and state-of-the art, with an immense fridge, super-abundant hand-tiled and granite countertop space, two sinks, a large center island with gas cooktop, a large oven/broiler plus microwave, tons of pots, pans, and nice dishes, and enough square footage for everybody to roam around the kitchen simultaneously. The master bedroom is immense, with its own private balcony, enormous bathroom with three-headed shower, elegant tiling, amazing closet space in the bathroom, plus a separate large walk-in closet AND an adjoining office with printer already hooked up and ready to go. The laundry room with large-capacity washer and dryer is conveniently located just off the office, which feeds into the huge living room. Two separate closing doors separate the office from the master bedroom, giving enough privacy for younger tenants to party in the living room without disturbing the older tenants in the master BR. There is a gorgeous large patio with panoramic views (including of the ocean, horses, and banana groves) just off the living room; you will use this patio a lot. To top it all off, a very large swimming pool with multiple double access doors, ample seating area and furniture lies just off the main entry hallway. There are two large separate parking areas with more than enough room for bicycles and rented mopeds (strongly recommended to see the island). The house is in a secluded location and extremely quiet; there was no neighborhood noise, nor did we hear or see any airplanes overhead (despite convenient proximity to the airport). The staff are exceedingly dedicated and attentive: all of our needs were met immediately, and the house was immaculate. In summary, if you have a larger group, the fee for renting these exquisite and relaxed accommodations is more than worth it.

Great vacation for winter birds

I visited Bermuda with my family from March 13-20th, 2018. We had a fabulous time. The weather was perfect – not hot, but comfortably pleasant. We wore light jackets in the mornings, because it sometimes a little chilly, but would warm up later in the day. It only rained once, but got fairly windy a few times. We had a couple of really warm beach days. It was winter time in Bermuda, so off-peak. As a result, we couldn’t do many of the water activities. Some places, like the dockyard seemed very isolated. However, there was still plenty to do to keep the kids busy. Our top favourite spots were the Crystal Caves and the town of St George. Hamilton was also fun. We discovered a lovely park in downtown Hamilton, right next to the Bermuda National Library, which the kids loved. We visited Shelley Bay Beach (which is a 20-minute walk from the apartment), Horseshoe Bay and the coves. Again, Horseshoe bay beach was very quiet. There were maybe only 20 people there including us, but it was lovely, and we got to see the pink sands. We mostly used public transit to get around the island. Because it was off-peak season, buses were not crowded, and we never had to wait too long for a bus. Because of the size of the island, every place was only about a 30-minute ride from Hamilton. The apartment 110A was perfect. It was huge, much bigger than I had imagined. There was a walk-in closet in the master bedroom that was the size of a room. The apartment was clean and well-stocked. We had a balcony in the front, where we had our morning coffees. There was also a patio area in the back where the kids liked to hang out and play. A major highlight for the kids was the horse stables next door. My kids really enjoyed visiting the horses every day. There was a post office, grocery store and dollar store about a 2-minute walk from the 110A. There is a deli in the gas station and a pizza shop if your looking for “cheap” food. Our host was great. She met us at the apartment when we got there. She gave us lots of information about the local amenities, and was very quick to respond to our questions on WhatsApp. Apart from that, she gave us our privacy. She was also kind enough to let us stay a few hours past our check-out time as our flight back was a bit later in the day. Bermuda Rentals made the booking process very easy. Everything was booked and paid for well ahead of time. They also gave us the name of a local taxi driver – a wonderful person named Melvin, whose services we used for getting to and from the airport. I would totally recommend this vacation for a family with kids 5-12 years of age.
