Our pretty studio is located in the charming, quiet area known as Spanish Point, very close to Hamilton. The apartment offers relaxing outdoor amenities and a full kitchen. Only a 5 minute walk from the grocery store. Spanish Point Park has swimming access, park benches, wonderful views over the great sound and a tiny beach. You are 10 minute moped/bus ride to Hamilton.

Property Description

The garden is shaded by a wooden pergola with its pots of cascading flowers and vines. You can spend your evenings soaking in the cool breeze here or take shelter from the afternoon sun in the centrally air conditioned studio apartment.

For your convenience, fresh towels are provided as need you them. The full-sized kitchen offers a full stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, and small fridge. The owners have a gas BBQ on the property that may be available during your stay. There is parking for cycles only. A hair dryer is provided for guests to use. Please note there is no assessment number at this property.
