Our wonderful home is conveniently located in Paget, nearby to Hamilton. C107 is a three bedroom, three bathroom home with a large living room for entertaining, a formal dining room, a den and a gorgeous pool. This property sits atop a hill that provides gorgeous water views overlooking the City of Hamilton and the western half of the island.

Each bedroom has a Queen sized bed, and there is a Queen sized pull out couch in the den if extra sleeping arrangements are required. One can enjoy the wonderful breezes that C107 gets but for those warmer nights, the bedrooms and den have air-conditioners and ceiling fans and the living room also has ceiling fans. The house is more suitable for a party of 6 guests, but can accommodate up to a total of 8 guests if required. The homeowner can also provide two pack n plays if needed. 

Your biggest decision while staying at this great property is where to have breakfast, lunch and dinner while admiring the views on either the Front and Harbor porches or at pool side. While on the front, early risers can enjoy coffee while watching the sun rise. Gaze out to the Atlantic Ocean and Eastern Parishes and watch fishing boats going out. In the spring, be on the lookout for whales breaching along the South Shore coast. At night there is nothing better than having cocktails and star gazing to the East.

From the West facing porch, one overlooks the City of Hamilton and the Harbour. The sunsets are marvelous. Colourful sail boat races on Wednesday evenings, the comings and goings of the pleasure craft and the early arrivals of cruise ships into Hamilton are lovely to watch. The pool is your restful sanctuary. The house is located in the center part of the island, only 3 minutes drive (a 15 min walk) from Hamilton where the best restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, grocery stores and shops are. Beach towels are provided and the best beaches are only a hop, skip, and jump away!

A telephone is available for local calls only. Wireless internet (200 Mbps-the opportunity to increase speed is available if the tenant pays for the upgrade) is provided. There is Cable TV in the breakfast room as well as in the den. Additional electronics include 2 DVD players, iPod player, and a radio/CD player in the kitchen.

The full kitchen has everything you will need (and more!) to prepare wonderful meals for yourself and your party! Large fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, gas cook top, warming drawer, double oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, Pod coffee machine, stove-top coffee percolator, kettle, and dishwasher. The breakfast room is adjoining, out the side door is a BBQ area with both gas and charcoal grills. If you need extra fridge and freezer space, you can use the big fridge and freezer in the garage.

The laundry room contains both a washer and a dryer. Please conserve water and electricity as they are very expensive in Bermuda!

All 3 bathrooms have showers, one also has a tub, and there is an additional toilet & sink in the laundry room. Iron and hair dryer provided.

Towels are provided for guests who wish to enjoy the pool. There is a shallow end as well as a side standing shelf all around the pool. The deep end also has a diving board. There are no portable beach chairs available, but they can be rented (along with umbrellas) at Horseshoe Bay, Elbow Beach, and Church Bay.

A grocery store, convenience store, pharmacy, restaurant, moped rental, and bus stop are all within 5 minutes walking distance of C107. The closest beach would be Elbow Beach, less than 2 miles away.

This home is all on one level with only a few entry steps. Wheel chairs can enter the house through the garage. The home is also child friendly, but the pool is not gated and adult supervision is absolutely required. No pets are permitted.

C107 has 2 apartments on the lower level. One has 1 permanent tenant;  the other is used by the homeowner when they have to be on island. Apartments have separate entrances and yards and do not have access to main house or pool. Main house renters should not see or hear the residents, if any in the apartments.
