Come visit our cozy studio with a swimming pool near Hamilton! 5 minutes walk to Front Street. For visitors who wish to be close to the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club, the Dinghy Club, the main public library, The Princess Hotel, the Royal Palms Hotel, City Hall, art galleries, fine antiques and book shops, there could be no better location.

Immaculate, modern and fresh studio with a Queen bed, bathroom, WiFi (15Mbps- the opportunity to increase speed is available if the tenant pays for the upgrade) and cable TV. This is a very convenient jumping off spot for the visitor intent on exploring the island and enjoying fine dining in Hamilton.

Hamilton is a deep water port where shopping and trade has been going on for at least 2 centuries: as such it’s a pretty spot to stroll the waterfront, look at boats, dine outdoors and peruse all the nice little luxuries you will want to take home. Hamilton provides interesting insights into the history of the island with pubs and bars, coffee shops, juiceries and bake shops, the old library and the original Perots Post Office. Bus and ferry depots operate out of Hamilton as well so you can get to the fabled South Shore Coast in less than 15 minutes, or take the ferry to Dockyard or St. George’s – each at opposite ends of the island. Motor bikes are also easily rented in Hamilton at Smatt’s Cycle Livery at the Princess Hotel. Guests who've rented a Twizy can recharge the car at the Princess Hotel.

Located in the city of Hamilton, this studio apartment attached to the main house has a separate entrance.

The C69A studio suite includes pool access, a Queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom and a new kitchenette which has a fridge, small sink, microwave, toaster over, and a kettle and pod coffee maker. There is a BBQ available, which is shared with the guests in C69.
The apartment has cable service to a smart TV for your entertainment along with a DVD-Bluray machine; Beach towels are provided, as well as a hair dryer.

Iron & ironing board are provided upon request.

Laundry facilities can be made available upon request, for guests staying 6 nights or longer.
