These immaculate apartments are located in a quiet neighbourhood, a minute walk away from Ely’s Harbour. For larger parties, W27 can be rented in addition to W27A and W27B  to accommodate up to 11 adults and 1 child!

W27: The master bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a single roll out sofa in the living room. For your comfort, there is air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans throughout the unit. There is wireless internet access and a smart TV that connects to the internet for Netflix and other streaming programs.

W27A:(OFF THE RENTAL MARKET) The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. For your comfort, there is air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans throughout the unit. There is wireless internet access and a hair dryer is provided.

W27B: The master bedroom has a King sized bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is also a single roll away bed for an additional guest. For your comfort, there is air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans throughout the unit. There is wireless internet access and a hair dryer is provided.

The kitchens have ample storage, stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven and a Keurig coffee machine. The apartments also include an iron and ironing board as well as a gas BBQ available outdoors. Laundry facilities are available for guests. There are beach towels provided at this unit.

The home owners can offer private kayak tours for $40 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. The owners are also able to pick you up at the airport to bring you to W27, W27A, and/or W27B. The airport pick up and drop off would be $50 each way, with a stop at the grocery store included.

No pets permitted on the property.

Nearby Attractions

The bus stop is right across the street from the unit and runs along Somerset Road. Hamilton is about 25-40 minutes away by bus depending on what time you travel. Between Somerset and Hamilton you will see all the justly fabled beaches of the South Shore, linked by coves, parks, and scenery that is unforgettable. The ferry can be caught at Dockyard which is about a 10 minute walk away. The nearest moped rental is 10 minutes away; a home delivery can be arranged.

The closest beach to the property would be Ely’s Harbour, a charming area which is about a minute away. Other beaches nearby would be Somerset Long Bay to the west. To the east, Church Bay and West Whale Bay offer wonderful South Shore snorkeling opportunities as well as pink, shell strewn beaches to explore. Snorkeling equipment can be rented at Church Bay and several of the larger beaches such as Horseshoe Bay.

The nearest grocery store would be Somerset Market Place. Nearby restaurants include- 4 Star Pizza, Salt Rock Café, and The Country’s Squire.
