C17. One Bedroom Cottage in Southampton

Summer Rate (May 1 - Sep 30): $350 per night, 5 night minimum 

Winter Rate (Oct 1 - Apr 30): $275 per night, 5 night minimum

Our gorgeous cottage is located near the Fairmont Southampton Resort (its facilities are not included in the rate), within walking distance of the pink sands of famed Horseshoe Bay Beach. The walk down to the beach is at most 15 minutes away. Presently, the Fairmont Southampton is closed for refurbishment, so only the  Golf Course and Boundary Restaurant are open. 

C17 is your island paradise, offering amazing views of the exquisite turquoise Atlantic. This studio cottage has all of the amenities of home - incredibly comfortable queen size bed, sitting area with TV, 3 piece bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven, microwave, mini fridge and a Cuisinart fully automated coffee maker in the unit. You just place the beans in the top and it freshly grinds the perfect amount for you each time you make a pot of coffee. The homeowner will leave some "illy" regular and decaffeinated beans in the cottage to get you started. The unit also provides salt, pepper, sugar, PAM spray, seasoning salt and hot sauce. Relax in your private courtyard overlooking the beautiful Bermuda rose-garden or by the shared pool with breathtaking ocean views. The homeowner supplies beach towels, beach chairs and 2 snorkels & masks for guests use. There is also a gas bbq. Laundry facilities can be made available for guests staying 7nights or longer. The washer and dryer are in the main house, so any laundry needs have to be arranged at a time that is agreed upon with the home owners.

Note: C17 is privately owned and use of Fairmont Southampton facilities will incur a charge. 

Moped rental facilities are within walking distance and bus service is only a 2 minute walk away. The Bermuda Railway Trail, which spans 18 miles of Bermuda, is ideal for walking, biking, and scenic tours (an access point is only 5 minutes away). Gibbs Hill Lighthouse is also within walking distance and provides 360 degree views from its upper viewing station, and a very highly regarded dining establishment on the ground level. Horseback riding at Spicelands Academy along the Ridge and the South Shore trails includes sunrise and sunset guided tours. The Academy is only 5 minutes away by taxi or moped. Smatt’s Cycle Livery is located next to the Fairmont Southampton Hotel if you choose to rent and ride a moped or a pedal bike.
