This property is situated in a ten acre estate near Spicelands Riding Academy and very close to Warwick Long Bay Beach- one of the fabled pinkish beaches on the island. The cottage stands in a grove of trees and enjoys absolute peace and privacy. It is located within 5 minutes walking distance of both the bus route and local supermarket. Close to Bermuda’s South Shore Beaches as well as the golf courses of Port Royal, Southampton Princess and Belmont. The cottage is fully air-conditioned and contains a spacious fully equipped kitchen (including freezer), loft bedroom with queen bed, living room/dining area and a large bathroom with shower. There is also a Queen pullout couch available for a third guest. The cottage has flat screen TV, cable, wireless internet, iPod dock, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, cell phone for local calls (will need to be topped up), gas BBQ etc. Bath and beach towels provided, portable beach chairs and snorkel gear available. There is no smoking rules at this and all our apartments and cottages. Laundry facilities may be made available to guests staying 7 nights or longer. Tennis court access.
