Located near the Gibbs Hill Lighthouse and the wonderful beaches along the south shore coast including Horseshoe Bay and Church Bay (which is great for snorkelling). This property offers superb water views and scenic walking route for you to explore. The suite offers great convenience, beauty, and tranquility for the couple looking for a scenic escape. Guests have use of the pool from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm. The pool is shared only with the homeowners who use it on the rare occassion.

The bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room and one Graco pack and play can be made available for your little one as well.
C97 offers wireless internet (16Mbps- the opportunity to increase speed is available if the tenant pays for the upgrade), Cable TV, iron, hair dryer, beach towels and 2 snorkels, mask and fins. There are split air-conditioning units as well as ceiling fans in the bedroom and living / dining room. The bathroom has a tub and shower.
The kitchen comes complete with a gas cook-top, full sized fridge, Advantium microwave (which also works as an oven), toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender and a gas bbq. The living room is attractively furnished and has a walkout to the porch with south shore views and the pool. There are 2 patio chairs for guests to relax and beach chairs as well. This property also offers a Twizy car charging station for guests to use.
For your safety, C97 is equipped with fire alarms and a fire extinguisher.

No maid service: clean towels and sheets are provided every 7 days. Laundry facilities are available in the apartment to freshen goods as required.

Port Royal Golf Course, the Fairmont Southampton Course (with a popular dining spot called Gastro Pub) and the Belmont Golf Course (with its wonderful restaurant BLU) are all nearby. The charming hamlet of Somerset Town is approximately 15 minutes away with shops and cafes, and just beyond the town is the 200 year old Naval Dockyard, now converted into a museum and shopping concourse with pubs, crafts market, a parasail operation, charter boats, beach facilities, etc. Ferry service back into Hamilton is regularly scheduled in addition to the bus service. There are very elegant hotels and fine dining available at this end of the island as well - one does not have to go into Hamilton to enjoy a good meal or cabaret.
Henry's Pantry is a convenience store nearby, and the Heron Bay Market Place is also close by. The nearest pharmacy is in Warwick, on Middle Road. The Dining Room (at the Lighthouse) and Henry VIII's are great restaurants in the area.
For guests staying at this location, Smatt's Cycle Livery at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel will be your closest service provider, or the rental facility at The Reefs Hotel- a 5 minute walk. The bus stop is less than a minutes walk from the house - conveniently located on South Road in front of Henry VIII's.
We encourage you to bring along a box of frozen and prepared treats. You can import all foodstuffs for personal use without difficulty providing you do not bring in fresh produce or fresh seafood. Bringing coffee, tea, biscuits, condiments, tinned and packaged delectables as well as frozen steaks and fish will save you time, trouble and expense upon arrival. On your way in from the airport, I suggest you have your taxi driver stop off at the nearest market to pick up perishables such as milk, eggs and baked goods.
Flight information (both arrival and departure) is absolutely necessary for guests to provide so the home owner can schedule her day.
Please note: when renting these privately owned properties, we expect you to treat these accommodations as if they were home of a cherished friend of yours. The property is to be left clean and tidy upon departure with dishes washed and put away and garbage neatly bundled. We don't ask you to spend your last day cleaning but we do ask you to leave the property presentable so the home owner can run in and make it ready for guests that may be arriving within a couple of hours of your departure. We thank you for being considerate and for making good on any breakage or damages. If something breaks- please let the home owner know.
