Our cute one bedroom/ one bathroom apartment is located in Devonshire Parish, roughly a 15 minute walk away from Devonshire Bay Beach. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the bathroom offers a shower/tub combination. There is also a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. The full kitchen offers a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. 

There are ceiling fans and A/C in the bedroom and living room. A private landline is provided for guests to use to make local calls only. The unit offers Wi-Fi (200Mbps- the opportunity to increase speed is available if the tenant pays for the upgrade), cable TV, a Bluetooth speaker, portable battery, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There are laundry facilities available. The homeowner has a charcoal BBQ that she can lend you; please let us know if you are interested.  Outside there are two lawn chairs for sunbathing and an end table to hold your drink! The homeowner also offers a beach umbrella located in the bedroom closet that you can take with you during the day!
 

As this property is located on a hill and there a few steps into the unit it is not wheelchair accessible. NO pets are allowed at this property.
