Winter Price: $1,250 per night for 8 guests, $150 per night for each extra guest. 

$8300 per week for 8 guests, $150 per night for each extra guest.

Summer Price (May 1 - Sept 5, 2023): $1,600 per night for 8 guests, $150 per night for each extra guest.

This four bedroom property offers two kings (one can be split into 2 twins), 2 queen beds, 3 single rollaway/camp beds, one futon, one sofa bed and one queen airbed. The 2 Queen beds are on the lower level, while the King beds are on the upper level as well as the kitchen and living room.  There is a mini crib (up to 6 mths), a regular crib, a toddler bed, pack n play, high chair and booster seat for guests travelling with little ones. There are three en-suite bathrooms and one shared bathroom, a hair dryer is provided in each of the bedrooms. All bathrooms come with dispensers for liquid shower gel and shampoo as well as hand soap.  Small bath soaps/amenities are also provided. 

There is A/C units and fans in all rooms, Wi-Fi, Cable/Roku TV, a CD player, bluetooth speaker, washer and dryer. There are beach/bath towels provided as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, noodles, snorkel equipement and even a kayak on request. If you'd like to use the snorkel equipment, please let us know for how many and we'll be sure enough are provided for you. 

The gorgeous kitchen includes a 42" sub zero fridge/freezer, gas hob and double oven, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, blender, Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, breadmaker, and even a wine fridge.  Dishwashing soap/dishwasher pods, cleaners and liquid detergent for clothes washing is provided. 

Outside there is a Weber gas BBQ if you feel like grilling. The house is built on a cliff overlooking the beautiful ocean. You can enjoy your meals outside if you'd like at the outdoor dining table with 10 chairs and afterwards relax on the large outdoor sofa or one of the 6 adirondack chairs to watch the ocean from the upper balcony.

The property offers a fabulous private pool and a hot tub. The ocean can be accessed from  the lower deck but can be rough,  Church Bay Beach is nearby and may be more suitable for those with little ones looking for calmer waters. This property has 3 Twizy charging stations as well as charging cords for other electric vehicles.
