This 1.5 bedroom cottage plus studio apartment enjoys a secluded garden setting with a large porch to dine, relax, and take in the sunset. For guests who enjoy hiking and jogging, this property is located next to "the railway trail", which is a flora-lined trail spanning most of the island. Walking: 5 minutes to Mangrove Bay/Sommerset Village; 15 to Ferry; 15 to Cambridge Beaches; 20 to Somerset Long Bay (a lovely calm beach with beautiful sunset views). New restaurant Il Positano is a 10 minute walk from the property.

The main cozy cottage features a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious living and dining room, a half-bedroom area with a pull-out day bed, a beautiful back porch, and a comfortable queen bedroom with a full bathroom. 

The partially detached apartment, for use when 3 or more adults book, has its own kitchen, queen bed, and full bathroom.

There is a charcoal BBQ available. Coffee makers include k-cup, French press, and drip. This property has wireless internet and cable tv available for guests. The living room/dining room and bedrooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Laundry facilities are available for guests who stay 1 week or longer. Ironing board available on request. Hair dryer provided. Beach towels provided. Extra maid services can be arranged in advance for $105 per week. 

Feel free to park in front or by the left side of the house. A 5-minute walk to Somerset Village and the bus stop to Hamilton. Walking route to the supermarket is accessible by the Railway Trail.

The owners offer airport transfer and a lift for groceries for a fee. Please let us know in advance if you would like to arrange this service.
