Summer Rate (May 1 - Oct 31): $325 per night for 2 guests, 5 night minimum
Winter Rate (Nov 1 - April 30): $275 per night for 2 guests, 5 night minimum

For long term stays the rate would be $7.500 per month

This beautiful cottage is perched right on the edge of a calm inlet with beautiful views and a seating area. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove and oven, large fridge and freezer, reg, drip coffee maker and toaster. The a large comfortable bedroom has a king bed. Modern bath. There are no pets allowed at this property. A pull- out couch can be made available for a 3rd guest at the rate of $75 per night. 

There are ceiling fans in the bedroom along with wall air-conditioners in the bedroom and living room.

Land Line Telephone (local phones only) and WiFi included (75Mbps- the opportunity to increase speed is available if the tenant pays for the upgrade). Calling card required for overseas calls.

Laundry machines and a clothesline are available as well as a gas BBQ. Beach towels and snorkeling equipment for your careful use. No Beach chairs.

Set in the pretty gardens overlooking the tidal inlet at Flatts village and on to the ocean beyond, our delicious little cottage has privacy and every amenity including a brand new remodeled and tiled bathroom! The snorkelling and swimming off the property is second to none.

Cottage is all on one level.

Due to the stairs involved in reaching the tidal pool (8 steps) this property is not be appropriate for those with mobility issues, or small children.

For a refreshing dip, just slip down to the rock pool to the sparkling waters of flatts inlet. Our tidal pool with an abundance of sealife is for your viewing pleasure only. There is no swimming with or feeding of the sea turtles, which are a protected species in Bermuda.

Nearby Attractions
   Nearest beaches are: The Railway Trail winds past Gibbet’s Beach in Flatts which is within walking distance, Shelly Bay- a calm and tranquil North Shore Beach and John Smith’s Bay which is on the South Shore, with deep soft sand, gentle surf and an excellent swimming and snorkelling beach. Both are both 5 minutes by bike. Flatts Village is in walking distance and there you can do a little shopping, or have a casual meal The bus stop is just beyond the garden gate at the Aquarium. Flatts Village now has a pizzeria, take-out cafe, Italian restaurant and of course the 1926 Aquarium with its attached museum and mini-zoo. Nearest convenience store is Belvins or Twins Variety on Flatts Hill (which is walking distance and open early and till late evenings), and Harrington Hundreds Grocery – 5 minutes on bike. The Specialty Inn on South Road at Collectors Hill is a 5 minute moped ride for family style eating in unpretentious but comfortable surroundings.

The old town of St. George’s is only 15-20 minutes away by moped and well worth a couple of days exploration: many fine buildings from the 1600’s still stand and include handsome old homes, museums and churches. Make time to swim at Tobacco Bay and Clearwater Beach when in the St. George’s area: both are simply lovely- and the best park on the island: Cooper’s Island reserve: 77 acres of woodlands and sand-dunes and 5 pretty beaches. Golfers will enjoy the numerous public courses, including Ocean View in Devonshire as well as Tucker’s Point and Mid Ocean Golf Club – about 10 minutes away. Hiking is enjoyable at Spittal Pond, Ferry Reach and St. David’s Head, three of the larger and more interesting parks. There is also a Bird Sanctuary at Spittal Pond and endless coastline areas to walk.
