C111 2022 Rates will vary throughout the year, please contact us for more information:

March 1 – April 30: $1,700 per night for a maximum of 8 guests.
May 1 - May 31: $1,800 per night for a maximum of 8 guests.
June 1 – August 31: $1,950 per night for a maximum of 8 guests.
September 1 - October 31: $1,800 per night for a maximum of 8 guests.
November 1 – December 16: $1,700 per night for a maximum of 8 guests.
December 17 - January 1: $1,950 per night for a maximum of 8 guests.

*This property has a 3 night minimum requirement. Additional guests beyond 8 will be $100 each, per night up to 10 guests. A lease, a fully refundable damage-security deposit of $250 and a $300 cleaning fee are required*

C111 Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking. After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund.

Walking through the airy, cool tiled entranceway to our very large and sumptuous home, one is drawn inexorably towards the floor to ceiling sliding glass walls that open on to a 60 x 15ft wide covered verandah. There, at your feet, lies Horseshoe Bay Beach – a crescent of gold and pink sands and turquoise-emerald waters…

The 4 bedroom plus den home can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The house has a very spacious and comfortably furnished living room, a dining room for 6, and a full sized kitchen as well as a large gas BBQ. There is also a dedicated cook available if you'd like to have meals prepared for you. These are priced per person per meal and would be arranged after booking. These rooms all open on to the verandah – by far the most glorious entertainment option for a family reunion or a party. With laundry facilities and every convenience (Wi-Fi - 100Mbps the opportunity to increase speed is available if the tenant pays for the upgrade, cable, air conditioning), your family will be able to unpack and happily relax for the duration.

The beach access is a comfortable 5 minute walk down the private path to the shore. Closer to hand is the beautiful fresh water pool – perfect for evening. Located between the Fairmont Southampton Hotel and the fabled South Shore coastline with all its dining establishments and water-sports attractions, the house has every convenience: places to dine, bars, taxi services and golf. If going to sleep to the sound of the surf on the sands is your idea of heaven, this is the home for you. On the enormous balcony you can watch the moonrise, listen to the rain, enjoy your meals, detect the first rays of dawn in the clouds over the ocean, and rest yourself completely.

     Second bedroom : Queen bed with a walk-in closet plus ensuite  
         Third bedroom: Queen bed with pull-out sofa with bathroom just outside the bedroom

         There is a pack n play if needed.

Nearby Attractions

The nearest bus stop is on South Shore Rd and Middle Rd, roughly a 4 minute walk from the property. The Bermuda Railway Trail, which spans 18 miles of Bermuda, is ideal for walking, biking, and scenic tours (an access point is only 5 minutes away). Gibbs Hill Lighthouse is also within walking distance and provides 360 degree views from its upper viewing station, and a very highly regarded dining establishment on the ground level. Horseback riding at Spicelands Academy along the Ridge and the South Shore trails includes sunrise and sunset guided tours. The Academy is only 5 minutes away by taxi or moped. Smatt’s Cycle Livery is located next to the Fairmont Southampton Hotel if you choose to rent and ride a moped or a pedal bike. A free hotel shuttle that runs near the house will take you to and from the hotel grounds including the beach if you choose not to walk. Our location close to the Fairmont Southampton Hotel grounds provides ready access to all the hotel’s amenities including golf (Turtle Hill Golf Club, winner of Golf Digest’s Best Places to Play Golf), tennis, hiking trails, Willowstream Spa, business center and five top-ranked restaurants offering some of the finest dining in Bermuda: Waterlot, Ocean Club, Bacci’s, Newport Room Gastro Pub, Beach and Pool Terraces. The house is NOT owned by the hotel – please note: there will be charges for golf tee times etc.

Enjoyed our stay!

We all really did enjoy our stay at C111. We haven't been lucky with the weather, however we enjoyed the house, the owner, the view, the beaches, and the friendly Bermudians! The house was very clean and spacious. Almost everyone had his own bathroom. There were all the stuff we needed in the kitchen. The owner was very helpful and she worried about our satisfaction. She gave us a lot of information and recommendations. Thank you very much for your help and service.

Loved it!

Loved the location; the beach, sightseeing, tourist events and shopping were all close. The setting was blissful to hear the ocean crashing at night. The house was large enough to accommodate a family reunion, and intimate enough to have music, conversation and listen to the ocean. The owners were warm and friendly, and helped us quickly if we had questions. We have been to Bermuda many times, and this was, by far, the best. We so hope to return soon!

Just got back from 7 amazing days at C111 with friends and family. The homeowner was a wonderful host and ensured that we settled in and knew how everything worked. The house was absolutely amazing with some of the best views in Bermuda. Spacious, with all the appliances we needed, with an enormous porch from which to watch the sunrise or beach revelers while BBQ’ing and relaxing. A lovely garden and swimming pool to cool off in the evenings as well. I would highly recommend C111 for anyone seeking a relaxing independent vacation in one of the most beautiful spots in the world.

Great time!!

We had a great time and the house worked out perfectly for our trip. Can’t beat the location and view of horseshoe bay and access to the Fairmont etc. The overall process from initial communication on house availability to contract, payment, etc was fantastic. Definitely will be returning!

Our stay was very pleasant and memorable in this beautiful home in Bermuda. A big plus was wifi and cable tv. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had ample towels in each bathroom. Instructions for various appliances were provided. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved the pool in the back garden however did not use it as the weather was a bit too chilly for swimming in March. The enormous balcony afforded us incredible views of Horseshoe Bay. The lease agreement also provided extra information about restaurants and Bermuda attractions which was most helpful. As we were the first short-term rental guests, we purchased a guest book to provide comments and suggestions about our stay. We would look forward to renting this home again and highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Bermuda.

We rented [C111] for a week, for 10 people, 8 adults and 2 children in April 2016. The house in itself is just perfect in terms of amenities and layout, with all large rooms & bathrooms, all full of light and very spacious. The house is very tastefully decorated and very well equipped. You can have privacy even with 10 people in the house! The terrace is great for big outdoor barbecues …with one of the most beautiful beach and view of the world. You just cannot get enough of the various shades of blue and turquoise! The landlords are very welcoming and flexible, loads of tiny details which makes you feel like home as soon as you step in the house. The location is ideal, with Horse Shoe bay as your back garden ! You can commute easily to any part of the island with bus services, and if you use a scooter you are 15 mins away from Hamilton city and 30 from Dockyard. Located on Princess Southampton resort, there is no noise, no traffic …just the sea and the golf course ! We had a amazing stay in Bermuda, if you are looking for a nice break in Paradise, this is where you need go !
