Winter Monthly Price: Jan/Feb: Studio $1800 per month plus $50 utilities. 1 bedroom $2400 per month plus $200 utilities.

Both units have irons, ironing boards, alarm clocks and hair dryers. Picnic coolers available for your beach party but bring your own beach towels.

The Studio: The suite is a spacious studio apartment, with the main room being 26 feet long. Sleeping arrangements are a Queen bed. There is a private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) with hairdryer, and a small kitchen (small fridge and freezer/sink/ 2 ring unit, microwave, toaster oven and gas barbecue) screened from view behind louvered doors. A dining table and chairs are provided. There is generous closet space, flat-screen cable TV, wireless internet (brand new cables), radio, lots of paperback novels, games, jig saw puzzles, sewing basket, picnic cooler, etc.

The suite is very elegant, air-conditioned and with ceiling fans, and is most attractively decorated. There are two sets of French doors that open onto a 40 foot long bricked terrace sheltered by a pergola laden with flowers and vines. There is heat also in the cooler winter months.

The One Bedroom Cottage: The coral coloured cottage has a secret garden off the bedroom, and a larger garden behind the house where one can relax and barbecue your dinner after a day of playing on the beach, sightseeing or shopping. With a large eat-in kitchen, a small patio off the kitchen and fully separate living room (where up to 2 extra guests can stay on pop-up single beds) the cottage has a newly renovated bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combination, and the customary single sink and toilet.

The house has new carpeting in the bedroom and living room areas, pretty furnishings, new beds and appliances, and a pristine garden setting close to the fabled South Shore beaches. The bedroom has a King bed that can be separated into two Single beds, and is air-conditioned and heated; the cottage proper is cooled with ceiling fans. Barbecue, wireless internet (brand new cables) and Cable TV included with private phone. Bermuda calling cards required to make long distance calls. Internet is a basic wireless connection, higher speeds can be arranged at the tenants cost.

The gardens throughout the estate are lovely and the pride and joy of the owner. The garden is so unusual that the Garden Club of Bermuda has tried to persuade the owners to permit inclusion of the house part of their special annual tours. Guests are invited to pick fruit and vegetables in season from the garden with permission. Outdoor seating is available and its use is highly encouraged!

Fresh linens provided. Your personal laundry can be done at a laundromat within a 10 minute walk. It is imperative you conserve electricity and water consumption- this is how this home owner keeps her rates low for YOUR benefit. Please turn off Air Conditioning when you are out of the house, and be sure to lock your accommodations securely. Do not leave air conditioning on with the windows open, please!

This property may not be appropriate for those with mobility issues. Young children are welcome.

Nearby Attractions

The Warwick Garden Apartment and the two cottages are on an extensive estate located in a lovely part of Warwick not five minutes walk away from the Darrell’s Wharf/Belmont ferry stop.

Ideally situated for guests not comfortable with renting mopeds, there is grocery shopping and a pharmacy (Lindos about a 6 minute walk away) and a bus service within five minutes walk, and Fourways restaurant close by. The bus will take you over to the fabled South Shore Beaches in 15 minutes, and Elbow Beach is but a 30 minute walk (2 miles) from the cottages. The Belmont Golf Course is virtually next door.

The #8 bus route runs along Middle Road every 15 minutes, which trundles past the supermarket from one end of the island to the other, and allows you to transfer to other lines in the central depot in the city of Hamilton. The stop is about a 5 minute walk away. The number #8 Barnes Corner bus goes as far as Barnes Corner (approximately ten minutes away), and then waits 5 minutes before changing number to #7 and proceeding along the South Shore Road past the major beaches, making a circular route. The ferry can be caught at Darrell’s wharf, a 8 minute walk away.

The last ferry leaving Hamilton for Warwick is 9pm.
Sat. Sun and Public Holidays: last ferry leaves at 7pm.
Buses travel til approximately 11.45 leaving Hamilton (earlier on Sundays) and it takes 5 minutes to walk down the hill to the house. A cab fare from Hamilton is about $15-$20.

Nearby beaches include the magnificent Elbow Beach, Warwick Long Bay, Astwood Cove, Horseshoe Bay, and Church Bay, all on the beautiful southern shore coastline. Chaplin’s Bay is the last word in romantic coves, private, with deep pink sand strewn with shells and can be found tucked in between Horseshoe and Warwick Long Bay, with its companion Stonehole Bay and Jobson’s Cove. These are the most magical pink sand coves on the island – bring a towel, a book, a pillow and a hat and a deluxe picnic because you won’t be able to tear yourselves away. We request that you bring your own beach towels with you: towels for the bathrooms are supplied, as are all other linens but no house linens can be taken to the shore, please. Marks and stains ruin them for household use thereafter.

These units are a 6 minute cab ride to Elbow Beach, where beach chairs, umbrellas etc. can be rented. Other nearby beaches include Warwick Long Bay and Horseshoe Bay which are easily accessible by bus.

Very Pleasant

We had a very pleasant stay at C25 Studio and found the homeowner and her family again to be very accommodating and making every effort to make our stay as we wished (for example, their son lent us a DVD player this time around).

Charming place!

This is a really cute studio completely surrounded by greenery. It's spacious and is perfect for 2 people offering plenty of seating both inside and outside to just spend time and hang out. The unit is completely secluded in that you cannot hear anything but birds around you. However it's a 5min walk to the nearest bus stop and ferry hub which is great! Overall an enjoyable stay and I'd be happy to stay here again.

C25 1 Bedroom Cottage

I wanted to say we had a great time in Bermuda and the accommodation was fabulous. The one bedroom had everything one could wish for and more, and was a perfect location to get groceries etc. and get around the island. Thank you for arranging everything.

Lovely stay

Another lovely stay in the cottage! I love the privacy of our own terrace and the easy access through our gate to the road. We can walk up to grocery store and bus stop and rail trail, or wak down to the ferry landing to head over to Hamilton. Such a nice area to be in! Already looking forward to our Next Bermuda visit!!

The studio apartment at this location is just as beautiful as it looks and as convenient as it claims. The garden is perfect for a couple or single. Easy access to the rest of the island, walking distance to groceries and transport. Hosts warm, welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again in a minute.

I had a fantastic Holiday in Bermuda. This studio was very centrally located, so I got to see a lot of the island in just a week. Studio was fully furnished, the kitchen had everything you need, own bathroom, a room to store clothes in and a lovely living area with a big, comfortable bed. Owners were great, very friendly people. I had my privacy, and enjoyd every breakfast on the patio. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the ferry to town and, to the nearest bus stop, where bus no:8 stopped, going either to Hamilton, or to Dockyard direction. Also there is a restaurant Blu nearby, a supermarket Lindos, and a Four Star take-away restaurant. I want to thank the owners, and Bermuda accommodations inc. for making this Holiday possible for me and my budget!!!

Our Stay

My wife and I stayed at the studio rental June 1st through the 9th of 2015. It was spectacular, the home owners live above the studio rental but are completely non-intrusive and absolutely respectful of your privacy. However they will not hesitate to help you with anything whether its finding the bus or the post office or where to go for dinner. It is very clean and well kept, and the grocery store and bus stops are just a short walk one way with the ferry an equally short walk in the opposite direction. If you are traveling on a budget and want a great place to stay look no further than the studio!

I stayed at the studio during July 2014. It was fantastic! Great place and [the home owner] is amazing. She is helpful but also private. The wifi had good signal. The garden was beautiful and she even gave me some Bermuda bananas that she grew in her garden. Everything in the studio was at a great standard and worked well. I will be recommending the property

Great deal!

We stayed at C25 and it was a really great deal for anyone on a budget. Fantastic owners that live upstairs from the Studio unit that were both helpful and private. If you want totally privacy they also rent two stand alone cottages which looked lovely and are reviewed here as well. A quick walk to Lindo’s Grocery, a quicker walk to the ferry to Hamilton and a doable spot if you are using the Bus for on island travel. The bus is very affordable and a lot more leisurely than driving the winding roads on the opposite side of street as NA.
