Special Price: Monthly rates negotiable November to March. For reservations of 21 days or more in Jan. and Feb. only: $100/day for 2 guests.

1 bedroom poolside apartment with rooftop patio that has commanding views of the south shore in Southampton: walk to Church Bay in 10-15 minutes! Near buses along South Shore Road and Middle Road, with AC, Internet, and Cable TV.

This property can be rented as a wedding venue: the lawns are large and would make a magnificent entertaining area.

This property also has a studio available for 2 extra guests. Please see property code C44A and rent the two units together to accommodate a total of 7 guests!

The 800 sq. ft apartment is a separate building on the grounds of a larger home. The one bedroom unit has the following amenities: Queen bed, Cable TV on 52 inch TV screen, DVD player, fully equipped Kitchen, 3-pc bath, Air Conditioning, gas BBQ, and Internet.
Laundry facilities may be available for use anytime between 8 am and 8pm.

Newly purchased are a queen-sized pull-out sofa, twin-sized pull-out sofa and a single bed, as comfortable sleeping accommodations for 3rd, 4th, and 5th guests in the very large living area.

No pets. Smoking is permitted outside, but there is to be absolutely no smoking inside please.

The apartment is spacious and air-conditioned. Not only does it have full sized appliances in the kitchen, but is attractively designed for a relaxing getaway. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed. The bathroom is a full 3-piece unit with shower but no tub. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available in this unit. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

The kitchen has full sized appliances and there is a separate dining area right near two large sliding doors that open to the poolside deck. The gas BBQ outdoors is poolside, where you can cook while relaxing, wine glass in hand.

Stairs lead from the ground floor to the rooftop patio above the poolside apartment, with chairs for you to relax and enjoy panoramic views of the south shore waters and Gibbs Hill Lighthouse.

The nearest bus stop is on South Shore Road, an 8-10 minute leisurely walk from the property!

The studio apartment is one of two units in a separate building on the edge of the pool. The building is on the grounds of a larger home.

C44A accommodates 2 guests. The studio has the following amenities:

Queen bed, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, 3-pc bath with shower, air conditioning, gas BBQ and internet.

Laundry facilities are available to be used any time between 8am and 8pm.

Weekdays (evenings): 4:30 – 7:30 pm

Weekends: 8 am – 1 pm

Nearby Attractions

The apartment is located in a superb residential neighborhood with commanding water views over the South Shore looking towards the The Reefs Resort, and near the Fairmont Southampton Hotel as well as a host of great roadside dining establishments such as Henry VIII pub, Gulfstream Restaurant, The Swizzle Inn and others.

Nearby Church Bay Beach (about a mile away!) has wonderful rock formations offshore for spectacular snorkeling and powder soft sands for children to play in. This beach needs only a picnic and a good book to make it perfect…The gorgeous Horseshoe Bay Beach is less than a mile away and is one of the most popular beaches. 

The suite is within a mile and a half of the famous Gibbs Hill Lighthouse with its breathtaking views across the island and down the coast, towards an unparalleled collection of Bermuda’s loveliest beaches. The lighthouse has a very nice restaurant, which serves lunch and dinner, and has a gift shop too as a reward for all that stair climbing!

Nearby there is a popular family style café and a large grocery store (The Heron Bay Marketplace - 2km away) and Henry’s Pantry (600 metres away)- a convenience store that sells, milk, bread, beer, wine, liquor and other incidentals. Moped Rentals: the nearest is Smatt’s Cycle Livery at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel. 

The town of Hamilton is about 25-30 minutes away by bus, less by moped. One does have the attractive option of going over to Somerset or Dockyard (west of the apartment) for a jaunt across the harbour by ferry to Hamilton and on to St. George’s.

My brother and I had a wonderful stay in Bermuda and had several very thrilling days watching the America’s Cup racing interspersed with exploring the island. C44 was the perfect place to stay. We contacted Mr Outerbridge, your recommended taxi, to collect us and take us back to the airport and he was extremely obliging and friendly and gave us a lovely welcome to the island when we arrived. The owners of C44 were extremely hospitable and had kindly purchased the few basic food items we requested and had available for us to purchase from them a weekly bus/ferry pass each which was very much appreciated. The accommodation was very clean and the kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need provided. Gibbs Hill lighthouse is only a 5 minute walk from the property and has a restaurant with a reasonably priced varied menu and good food. This is a wonderful property to rent in every respect. Thank you for providing us with an excellent place to stay and I will have no hesitation in recommending Bermuda Rentals to any family, friends or colleagues who plan to visit Bermuda in the future.

Great rental with pool near Horseshoe Bay

My family had a great time at Ripple Waters! The owners made us feel like family! They drove us to Bermuda's most beautiful beach-Horseshoe Bay, which is very close to the rental! They also got us local fish to grill on their outdoor grill. They were also very accommodating to our 3 kids (ages 8 and 6)-they bought them pool toys to enjoy in their awesome pool. We rented this place because of the pool and we enjoyed every minute of it! We will be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

My girlfriend and jut returned from a four night stay at this property and were very happy selecting this studio. The homeowners were extremely accommodating and welcoming. You could tell they wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It was in a great residential neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable and had everything one would need. There was a small kitchen with utensils, glasses, and cookware. The A/C and ceiling fan worked well. There was a great (shared pool) there that we didn’t use but looked nice (we were out and about most of the time). This location is West of Hamilton by the lighthouse. We rented scooters…strongly recommended and traveled all over the island daily. We also rented a small boat (4 hours) which is a great idea too. Both are easy to use and safe. We are in our early 30s. Overall a great place to stay and I would go back there should we visit Bermuda again soon.

C44 was large, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. It felt like home as soon as we stepped inside. Everything was there for us. When we arrived, the owners treated us like old friends. The property, located near the Lighthouse, has an amazing view of the valley below and the ocean as far as the horizon, and the deck on the roof was amazing. As 50+ visitors to Bermuda, this was by far the best apartment or cottage we ever stayed at. We will return – no doubt!

We enjoyed our stay in Bermuda immensely. Our accommodations/hosts were part of what made our first stay in Bermuda a memorable one. Our hosts were fantastic! Our accommodations were pleasant, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet, peaceful and private with a great morning view. Enjoyed the pool daily. We stayed for a week in the newly available studio apartment at C44. The property was just as described. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took us to the supermarket our first day to get some groceries, and took us on a tour of the area as well. If we happened to be out and about at the same time they would offer us a ride to wherever we were going. The studio was plenty of room for a couple, similar in size to a cruise ship cabin. The pool was a great amenity and we ate many meals out by the pool to enjoy the beautiful views and fresh air. There were plenty of poolside chairs and umbrellas and we used the grill to cook most dinners. It was about a 12 minute walk to the bus stop and there were some hills involved. That didn’t bother us because we like walking but for others to be aware if they have issues walking. The owners provided a prepaid cell phone for our use to call taxis or make reservations for restaurants which was very convenient. I would suggest enjoying your breakfast on the rooftop patio if you can. The views are spectacular. You can walk to Church Bay and Horseshoe Bay is only two bus stops away. There is a great restaurant right down the road as well, Henry the VIII. A taxi was waiting for us at the airport and the agent provided two bus passes that we prepaid for and had them waiting for us at the apartment. This place was fantastic and a very good value. We had a wonderful vacation and would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed in the studio unit and had the most lovely vacation. Our daughter lives in Bermuda but we wanted some private time and found C44A. The owners are so friendly and accommodating to make one’s trip phenomenal!! The studio unit was PERFECT for my husband and I, very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything to make our stay perfect. A little eating area, kitchen (fully equipped) and nice bathroom. The grounds are meticulously kept and the pool warm and inviting. We barbequed every day and read by the pool listening to the birds in the area. A short walk to the lighthouse and about 1/2 hour walk to beautiful Horseshoe Bay beach. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone going to Bermuda. A nice quiet alternative to hotel living!!!
