Summer Price: (April 1 – Oct 31) $150 a night for 2 
Winter Price: (November 1 – March 31) $140 a night for 2 

There is also a $100 cleaning fee per reservation.

The cottage has a Queen sized bed with a ceiling fan overhead. 

There is a kitchenette comprised of an under-the-counter refrigerator with an ice compartment, a large toaster oven, microwave, hot plate and coffee-maker. It is fully equipped with kitchen essentials, however due to COVID-19, condiments are not provided. If requested, the owners will shop for items for guests prior to their arrival.  

The room also offers a table with two chairs for dining-in, a couch, cable TV, Netflix, radio/alarm, an ironing board/iron, hair dryer, telephone (calling card access or credit card for overseas calls), and a bathroom with a shower. This unit has access to wireless internet (250Mbps- the opportunity to increase speed is available if the tenant pays for the upgrade).

There are sliding glass doors leading outdoors into the garden patio area. The room is tiled in Mexican tile and has a high open-beamed ceiling. Ample linens are provided including beach towels.

Maid service is not provided, although for stays of one week or longer, fresh linens are provided weekly. There are ‘glimpses’ of the ocean from the cottage – and just a walk to either end of the lane affords spectacular views and the fading glory of the evening sunset. 

The cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the historic town of St. George’s, Bermuda, high up on the hill. An outbuilding of the 200 year + old house next door, the old structure has had its 12 inch thick stone walls restored with dedication and attention to detail, to become the comfortable cottage it is today. 

Two very friendly Labrador retriever dogs live with the owner in a separate home, and for this reason other pets are not allowed at the property.

St. George’s has every convenience for the visitor combined with a beautiful harbour setting. Of particular interest is the fact that the town of St. George’s is a World Heritage site.  A wonderful selection of new and established restaurants and pubs, grocery and convenience stores, a pharmacy, shopping, the waterfront, museums, churches, and several beautiful beaches including Tobacco Bay and Fort St. Catharine Beach are all located within walking distance. The Five Forts Golf course (formerly the St. George’s Golf course) is now open, and other courses are within a 15 minute cab or moped ride.  Spa experiences can be arranged at the nearby St. Regis Hotel and in the caves at Grotto Bay Beach Resort.  

Clearwater Beach and Cooper's Island are other wonderful beaches nearby in St. David's.  The main bus service is about a 5 minute walk and will take you to all points on the island. We can also provide a selection of reliable taxi drivers for tours and travel to other attractions around the island.

For the independent adventurer, there are several cycle liveries close by for those wanting to rent scooters, pedal bikes or the option of electric cars. Boat and land tours are available as well. This property is not equipped with a Twizy charging station but there are charging stations nearby.

Monday – Friday (April – October) there is a fast ferry service between St. George’s and Dockyard with connections to Hamilton– schedules are dependent on time of year and the cruise ships. 

Dockyard has a splendid collection of buildings dating from the early 1800’s used by the British Navy to re-provision their ships. Now converted to museums, shops and artisans studios, a trip to Dockyard is a must- and to get there by ferry will combine the pleasures of a cruise, with stunning scenery and a fascinating glimpse into Bermuda’s colonial past.
