Summer Rate: (Apr 1 - Oct 31) $160 per night for up to 2 guests; 3 night minimum charge.

Winter Rate: (Nov 1 - Mar 31) $125 per night for up to 2 guests; 3 night minimum charge.
*Summer rates apply during the holiday season, any reservation including dates from Dec 20 - Jan 5 will be at the summer rate*

Monthly Rate: (Dec 1 - Mar 31)$2200 for up to 2 guests for 4 weeks.

Located at the crest of a hill with stupendous views of the Great and Little Sounds and east towards Gibbs Hill, the apartment is part of a large house located close to the pink and silver sands of Church Bay and Horseshoe Beach. With superb snorkeling and scenic walking routes to explore, the spacious apartment has a convenient bus service at the bottom of the hill. The suite offers great convenience, beauty, and tranquility for the couple looking for peaceful escape.

The cozy apartment has a comfortable Queen bed and lovely views.The kitchen is fully equipped with china and linens plus a toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker, microwave oven, full sized fridge, and stove. The living room/bedroom is comfortably furnished with armchairs and has a walkout to the covered dining area and the gardens. Air-conditioning/heat for year round comfort! There is a great gas BBQ on the pool deck: PLEASE remember to turn the gas off when you are done. It is much more expensive to replace gas canisters in Bermuda.

The apartment enjoys a uniquely convenient location for golf, for walking the famous South Shore beaches, or swimming divinely turquoise waters…

The suite is within a mile or so of the famous Gibbs Hill Lighthouse with its breathtaking views. Gibbs Hill Lighthouse also features a very chic restaurant and a gift shop as a reward for all that stair climbing! Port Royal Golf Course, the Fairmont Southampton Course, and the Belmont Golf Course are all nearby along with the lovely Blu restaurant (at Belmont) overlooking most of the Great Sound, particularly pretty at sunset. The closest golf course would be at the Fairmont Southampton, with Port Royal 10 minutes or less west of your apartment. Parks, picnics, horseback riding, boat tours, and bus excursions are all easily managed from this location.

Nearby there is a popular family style café and2 large grocery stores (The Marketplace and Henry’s Pantry- a convenience store that sells, milk, bread, beer, wine and liquor and other incidentals). Moped rentals are close by at Smatt’s Cycle Livery at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel or the cycle shop at The Reefs Resort.

The charming hamlet of Somerset Town is 10-15 minutes away by bus with shops and cafes, and just beyond the town is the 200 year old Naval Dockyard, now converted into a series of museums, with a shopping concourse, pubs, crafts market, a para-sail operation, charter boats, beach and bar facilities, etc. Ferry service back into Hamilton is regularly scheduled in addition to the bus service. There are very elegant hotels and fine dining available at this end of the island as well – one does not have to go into Hamilton to enjoy a good meal or cabaret. Casual dining would include The Swizzle Inn, Henry VIII pub, Gulf Stream, Pompano Resort, The Reefs and others along the seaside. The Waterlot Inn as part of the Fairmont Southampton suite of fine dining establishments is particularly nice, as is Cambridge Beaches resort. There are a number of spas as well to keep you glossy and beautiful if lounging on flawless beaches that stretch like great pink and white pearls along the coast does not keep you fully entertained.

The closest golf course would be at the Fairmont Southampton, with Port Royal 10 minutes or less west of your apartment.

The town of Hamilton is about 20-25 minutes away by bus, less by moped. One does have the attractive option of going over to Somerset or Dockyard (west of the apartment) for a jaunt across the harbour by ferry to Hamilton and on to St. George’s. 

Reserve a day for St. George’s too- it is filled with fine architecture from the 1600’s onwards- and shows the unique connection to the American colonies as well as the British Empire.

Public Transportation: 2 bus routes are the Number 7 along the South Shore Road and Bus #8, the route which runs to Dockyard along Middle Road. The first bus from Hamilton is at 6:45am on weekdays, at 7:15am on Saturday and 9:45am on Sunday. The last bus from Dockyard is at 11:50pm on Monday – Saturday, and at 6:35pm on Sunday. Frequency of service during morning and daytime is every 30 minutes, and the service reduces towards late evening.

We encourage you to bring along a suitcase of frozen and prepared treats. You can import all foodstuffs for personal use without difficulty providing you do not bring in fresh produce or fresh seafood. Bringing coffee, tea, biscuits, condiments, tinned and packaged delectables as well as frozen steaks and fish will save you time, trouble and expense upon arrival. On your way in from the airport, I suggest you have your taxi driver stop off at the nearest market to pick up perishables such as milk, eggs and baked goods, with another stop for a bus pass if needed.

These home owners can’t wait to meet you! Flight information (both arrival and departure) is absolutely necessary for guests to provide so our suggested taxi driver can come and collect you at the airport.

We just returned from a week long stay at this great little apartment. It has everything a couple needs for an ideal holiday in Bermuda. While the weather was not cooperative for our entire trip (the Bermuda weather station described the clouds as "stubborn" lol), we were able to make use of the pool and the lounge chairs a couple of times. The covered patio is great for guests, as it gives you some shelter to sit outside, even when there are a few showers. The view and location from this home are perfect and the owners are very helpful, while at the same time, completely respectful of their guests privacy. We seriously felt like we had the place to ourselves! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Bermuda :)

You won't regret staying here!

We stayed here for our first trip to Bermuda in August 2017. This apartment is very spacious, comfortable, clean, and well laid out. The house is (as another reviewer mentioned) a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The view from the patio towards the lighthouse is excellent. The pool was very refreshing. The location of this property is in our opinion the best feature of all. It is centrally located on the island and we went from tip to tip easily. Very close to Horseshoe Bay and Church Bay as well as moped rentals and food. The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful, assisting with transportation to and from the airport (which would have been a nightmare if we hadn't had their help), groceries, moped rental, and anything else we asked of them. The price for this apartment rental was very reasonable and well worth all of the extras we felt we received. We couldn't have asked for any more from our stay here and would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to others. Thank you, we hope to see you again in the coming years!

Fabulous location- wonderful hospitality

We truly loved our stay in Bermuda. Our experience was greatly enhanced by the hospitality of our hosts. They helped us to navigate around the island as first time visitors. The location is fabulous and the apartment quite spacious, with a spectacular view. We really felt welcomed so look forward for a chance to return as soon as possible.

Perfect location and wonderful owners

My wife and I stayed at W24 for a week during the America's Cup in June. If you are looking for a nice and quiet property to stay with a tremendous view on both sides of the island, then this is the place you want to stay at. The owners are the nicest people there is and always there to help or give you tips. We enjoyed our stay very much there and if we are ever going back to Bermuda, we will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Vacation!

My husband and I have stayed here twice and we love it! We've been to Bermuda many times, both before we had kids and for family vacations. We've stayed here for our first 2 kid-free trips and everything about it is perfect. The location is perfect for golf, beaches, and sight-seeing. The views from the back yard and the pool are amazing! It's also within walking distance to a the Henry VIII restaurant, which has a fun atmosphere and live music. The apartment itself is so clean and sunny and has everything you need. The owners are very kind and generous and are happy to arrange help with anything needed. We plan on returning as often as we can!

My wife and I stayed at this apartment during the July 4th week. The location is perfect! Close to Horseshoe Bay and within walking distance to Gibbs Hill Lighthouse. The apartment was very clean and attached to the main residence, which is in a beautiful residential neighborhood. The owners are wonderful! Very friendly and made us feel welcome. Everything was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to go back.

Great location!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. It was much bigger than I remembered from the photos and in a great location. It had everything we could have needed, plus more! They were extremely friendly and generous, making us feel very welcome to Bermuda. I’d highly recommend staying here if you want a quiet location, large apartment, fantastic pool and lovely hosts.
