Special Price: $10 per night for an additional child (up to 5 years); $35 per night for an extra adult

Located near Gibbs Hill Lighthouse and the wonderful beaches along the South Shore coast, including Horseshoe Bay and Church Bay (which is great for snorkelling). This property offers superb water views and scenic walking routes to explore. The three bedroom apartment offers convenient bus service, beauty and tranquility for the couple looking for a scenic escape.

Apartment consists of one master bedroom plus two additional bedrooms.
Master bedroom can be closed off to form a separate apartment with its own private bathroom. There is a queen bed in the master, two single beds (can be made up as a King), a queen bed and a futon couch available for your convenience. A cot is also available if a child needs somewhere to sleep. A high chair, pack and play and stroller are also available for a small fee of $50 for up to 7 days’ use.

Please note that this unit is spread over two floors: the kitchen, dining area and half bathroom are downstairs and the bedrooms and remaining bathrooms are upstairs.

Features air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans. On lovely, clear nights you can lounge outside on your lounge chairs while cooking your home-made meal on the provided BBQ. There is a full-sized kitchen, laundry facilities, wireless internet, cable TV, VCR and stereo as well as other essentials such as an iron and hair-dryer. No maid service.

The kitchen is fully equipped with china and linens plus a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge and stove.

The living room is attractively furnished with walkout to the porch into the beautiful South Shore views.

The bath facilities are a shower, sink and toilet arrangement, with a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and regular tub in second bathroom and a powder room as well. Bath towels are provided, as are beach towels.

Nearby Attractions

The apartment is a wonderful location for walking the famous South Shore beaches or hiking along the cliffs. Horseback riding can even be arranged through Spicelands Academy. Port Royal Golf Course, The Fairmont Southampton Course and the Belmont Golf Course (with its wonderful restaurant BLU) are all nearby. The charming hamlet of Somerset Town is 10 minutes away with shops and cafes, and just beyond the town is the 200 year old Naval Dockyard, now converted into a museum and shopping concourse with pubs, crafts market, a parasail operation, charter boats, beach facilities, etc. Ferry service back into Hamilton is regularly scheduled in addition to the bus service. There are very elegant hotels and fine dining available at this end of the island as well – one does not have to go into Hamilton to enjoy a good meal or cabaret. This luxury can even be afforded to you with the very nearby Henry VII Restaurant!

Wonderful Home

Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) called your beautiful apartment home for 9 days. All questions prior to our visit were answered promptly by the rental company. We loved the space, cleanliness, amenities (lots of towels, variety of balconies Etc) and central location very much! We had the bus/ferry pass throughout our stay and the bus stop is only one minute away. Also liked Henry's pantry for stocking our beach cooler bag with cold drinks. Our favorite beach was Warwick Long Bay peaceful and their coves with awesome waves and very peaceful. Our favorite special occasion dining spots were BLU and Belmont golf and The Waterlot Inn. Also high recommend renting all day boat from H2O. Pat the guest keeper is a doll and was very helpful with all of our questions.

We stayed here Oct 31-Nov 4 2016 and had a fabulous time. This home was clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. Every morning we sat on the deck and enjoyed our morning coffee mesmerized by the amazing view. [It was close to] Henry VIII (best rum swizzles on the island), and close to Fairmount Southampton, the Reefs and one of our favorite restaurants…Gulfstream. This was a beautiful home that I would highly recommend. Thank you for providing such a beautiful home!

A great place to stay to enjoy all that Bermuda has to offer! Halfway between the Dockyards and Hamilton, right off the bus line. Lovely apartment – lots of room and great views! Sit out on the back patio at night, with the lighthouse light flashing, the amazing carpet of stars overhead, and the chirping of the frogs and crickets! The lighthouse is a five minute walk and Horseshoe Bay is a ten-minute walk. Pack walking shoes for the trip. Try the snorkel glass-bottomed boat trip out of Hamilton and a ferry ride across the bay.

This is a great home and a great location. Would recommend it to anyone as long as the stairs are not a problem. Clean, well appointed and owner is very accommodating. Loved having a BBQ and there were 3 decks to choose from. Enjoyed it very much.

We just wanted to tell you how pleased we were with C73. The location was ideal since it was close to our family wedding, the beaches, transportation, and the lighthouse. The house is gorgeous, well kept, and very well equipped. The home owner was lovely. We really enjoyed our vacation in Bermuda.

Our accommodation C73 was more than we expected. Clean, modern and central to beaches, bus stops, shopping and a great restaurant Henry VIII. We managed to take in a day at the beach, some sightseeing, the museum at the Dockyards and probably too much shopping in Hamilton and the Dockyard ( a man’s opinion). The only thing that put a damper on our 4th visit was the weather. It rained 2 out of the 5 days we were there, it was off and on for another 2 days and we had one full day of sun and that day we spent at Horseshoe Beach. Thank you for your help for this visit. It was really appreciated. We’ll call again.

This was our second year in a row in this beautiful home. The location is ideal!! The house is immaculate.Walking distance to south shore beaches, restaurants, Lighthouse, public transportation and scooter rentals. Plenty of room for families.
