Backing on to the craggy cliffs of the fabled south shore coastline, (with a secret cove tucked away down steep stairs), our large very modern family home is available at select times during the year - please email us for dates.

The property is located near the Bermuda Golf Driving Range, Port Royal Golf Course, and West Whale Bay on Bus route #7 in a quiet residential neighbourhood filled with trees, flowers and fields.

Bedrooms are equipped as follows: 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, plus an office that can be supplied with an additional bed upon request. W61 has 3.5 bathrooms, a very spacious kitchen, large living room, dining room, WiFi, cable TV, air-conditioning, a gas BBQ, beach towels and local telephone access. 


The market at Wadson's Farm is within walking distance and offers a small selection of fresh organic produce Tuesday to Saturday (check times as they may change in season). The Bermuda Railway Trail is also nearby, along with the Port Royal Golf course. The last bus leaves Hamilton at midnight: schedules are available online. You can drink the FRESH water on the island safely. Pick up bus tickets and bus/ferry passes from the post office on your way to the house from the airport.

For deep sandy beaches with dining and washroom facilities, the bus will take you heading east to Horseshoe Bay in just a few minutes, if you don't rent mopeds to get around.

For those who enjoy a walk, there are the Old Bermuda Railway scenic trails that traverse the island. The Trail is famous because vehicular traffic is not permitted: just hikers, cyclists, and mopeds. The pathways provide a unique glimpse at some of Bermuda's oldest homes and loveliest estates. Somerset Village is nearby - a charming hamlet with pretty shops and nice restaurants to enjoy. Beyond the village is the Naval Dockyard with Bermuda's maritime history preserved for you to happily explore. The acres of buildings and parkland is located on a headland with the most extraordinary views of the length of the island down the North Shore coastline. Dockyard also features pretty craft shops and artisans at work, excellent locally produced books and pottery, and a wide array of pubs, cafes, and luxurious carriage trade stores to browse through. The ferry stops here as well, so you can hop aboard and take a leisurely cruise into Hamilton with your mopeds in the hold. There are grocery stores along Middle Road for larder replenishments, as well as all the usual facilities for sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, and water skiing, fishing, and para-sailing near Somerset Bridge and Ireland Island. Tennis and golf courses (Port Royal and Riddell's Bay, as well as the Southampton Princess) are conveniently located as well. The southern coast features a number of large and small hotels with fine dining rooms you can enjoy for that special evening out. These would include The Reefs Hotel, Pompano, Surf Side, and Cambridge Beaches. All over the island are pretty little cafes where a nice lunch can be had in comfort, indoors or out. Small grocery stores are located in every parish.

All large homes require a lease with deposit and damage security payment (refunded after the tenancy is concluded) and payment of the rent in advance.

Spacious and comfortable home!

This home was perfect for our group of 7 friends (3 couples and one single adult) for a week long stay on Bermuda. The house is very large, and everyone had plenty of privacy in their own rooms and bathrooms, while also having comfortable areas in the kitchen, dining, living room and back patio to socialize. We cooked all of our breakfasts and dinners at the house, using the grill often, and found everything we needed provided at the home. It's a short walk to a few nearby beaches, and easy access to the bus on the main road. Sometimes we did have difficultly getting taxis to pick us up in a timely manner due to the residential location (I presume), but otherwise it was an ideal location for us. We would definitely stay here again!
