Perched on a hillside amidst sparkling south shore ocean views and a lush garden setting, W25 is the perfect Bermuda getaway.

Flooded with natural light and steady ocean breezes, this former artist's studio has been transformed into a charming 1 bedroom, 2 storey cottage. 

Located within walking distance of pink sand beaches, bus route, two resorts, tennis courts, water activities, cycle shop, restaurants, and iconic attractions, W25 makes for a convenient home base from which to venture and explore. 

Great bus service along the South Shore with all the fabled pink sands beaches available within a 15 minute radius - Horseshoe Bay, Warwick Long Bay, and Church Bay. Air-conditioning and internet available. Queen bed. Depending on your pace, the bus stop along the South Shore would be about a casual 8-10 minute walk. This apartment comes with a fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, 3pc bath, cable TV, BBQ outdoors where you can cook and relax and look at the view, wine glass in hand in the very private cottage grounds of a large home. Laundry services are available for stays of 8 nights or more.

The apartment is located in a superb residential neighborhood with commanding water views over the South Shore looking towards The Reefs Resort, and near the Fairmont Southampton Hotel as well as a host of great roadside dining establishments such as Henry VIII pub, Gulf Stream, The Swizzle Inn, and others. Church Bay Beach has wonderful rock formations offshore for spectacular snorkeling and powder soft sands for children to play in. This beach needs only a picnic and a good book to make it perfect.The cottage is cozy, air-conditioned, attractively furnished, and designed with the visitor in mind who is coming for more than a weekend.

The home owner provides a basic start-up supply of groceries for you. Please send us a basic list of what you would like.

A stocked refrigerator including but not limited to: complimentary bottles of red and white wine, bottled water and juices, crackers, cheese, jams, fresh fruit, coffee, and tea selection. There is also a car charging station for guests who rent a Twizy car.

The suite is within a mile and a half of the famous Gibbs Hill Lighthouse with its breathtaking views across the island and down the coast towards an unparalleled collection of Bermuda's loveliest beaches. The lighthouse has a very nice restaurant  serving lunch and dinner and a gift shop too as a reward for all that stair climbing! You can also walk along the South Shore Road to admire  all South Shore beaches  through Southampton Parish, Warwick Parish, and on into Paget, or you can  hike along the cliffs, camera in hand. Port Royal Golf Course, the Fairmont Southampton Course, and the Belmont Golf Course are all nearby along with the lovely BLU restaurant, overlooking most of the Great Sound. There are multiple hotels and restaurants for fine dining in the district. Parks, picnics, horseback riding, and  bus excursions are easily managed from this location for the perfect holiday. Nearby there is a popular family style café, a large grocery store (The Marketplace and Lindos Grocery and Henry’s Pantry- a convenience store that sells, milk, bread, beer, wine, liquor, and other incidentals). The nearest moped rental location is Smatt's Cycle Livery at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel.
