Price: $250 per night for 4 guests, $50 for a 5th guest. 

Winter Weekly Rate (Jan 1 - Mar 31): $1500 for 7 nights and up to 4 guests; $50 per night for a 5th guest
Winter Monthly Rate (Jan 1 - Mar 31): $3500 for 28 nights and up to 4 guests.
No children under 10

*There is a $90 cleaning fee charge and a $200 refundable security deposit that is required. The $90 cleaning fee is to be paid to the homeowner in cash upon arrival. The damage deposit is to be paid in advance with your deposit and will be refunded within 14 days upon confirmation of no damages*

The apartment is a 2-bedroom self-catering apartment that has its’ own private entrance.  The living/dining area features French doors that open onto a private porch overlooking a manicured lawn and garden. 


Located in a residential area within minutes walking distance of Horseshoe Bay Beach, one of Bermuda’s most picturesque beaches and a brisk walk or  short cycle ride will get you to Church Bay one of Bermuda’s best snorkeling beaches. Popular restaurants and grocery shopping are within easy access as is the bus service to take you anywhere on the island you may want to explore.  Cycle rentals are also nearby for the more adventurous.


Each of the two bedrooms has two twin beds which may be converted to king beds for your convenience.  There are two bathrooms – one with bathtub and shower and the other with a shower.

The living room/dining area and kitchen are spacious and airy. The living space is tastefully furnished including a comfortable sleeper couch.  The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a full sized refrigerator, 4-burner stove and oven.  Also available is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, utensils, china and glassware.


Each bedroom has a quiet wall-mounted air conditioner, ceiling fan and a safe

Living and dining areas have ceiling fans

Bedrooms and living rooms have WOW cable television 

DVD player in living room

Complimentary WiFi (31Mbps- the opportunity to increase speed is available if the tenant pays for the upgrade) is available throughout the apartment available

Guests who've rented a Twizy can recharge the car at the Gulfstream Restaurant which is just yards away from the house.

Apartment was clean,spacious and well appointed. The balcony was very large with a partial ocean view. 10 minute walk to Horseshoe Bay. Bus stop is a short walk away We were greeted warmly upon arrival. The owner showed us around apartment and made us feel at home. We appreciated info on restaurants and picking up bus passes for us Locals are very friendly. Beaches are beautiful. Snorkeling at Tobacco Bay was amazing. Loved the island. Will definitely return
