Queen size bed in Master bedroom, and small second bedroom off of living room with double bed and a door.

Kitchen with ceramic cook top, wall oven, large fridge and freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking utensils. There is a washer, and dryer available for stays of over a week. Beach towels are provided, as well as a beach umbrella and a couple of beach chairs.

Living room with comfortable seating connects to the dining area, which has a glass top dining table and upholstered chairs for 6 guests. The living room has a 3 seat leather sofa, reclining armchair, two separate armless chairs, coffee table, end tables with lamps, ceiling fans, and TV cabinet with TV, DVD and cable connection. There is also wireless internet. A hair dryer is provided.

The bathroom has a vanity with basin, bath and walk-in shower with seat, grab bar in shower and on bath wall, a towel rail that is also a grab bar, and a comfort height toilet.

This unit would suit two couples ideally. Fans and A/C. Patio with table and chairs. Use of BBQ. Ironing board and iron. Unit is fully wheelchair bathroom accessible with extensive grab bars in the bathroom.

Please no young children under 5, as the units are in a condo building.

The road is approximately 300 yards or less and has a fairly gentle incline up to the Ocean Court property. To avoid the last very short but steeper incline into the house there is a way across the grass and 5 – 6 steps up from the garden.

When rented together, C54, C60 and C60A would make ideal accommodations for up to 12 guests.

There is a Queen size bed in the master bedroom and a single bed in the small bedroom area off of the living room. There is also a Queen size sleep sofa in living room.

The full kitchen has: electric cook-top, wall oven and 15 cu. ft. refrigerator and freezer, 11/2 sink with draining board, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking utensils.

Living room: Ceiling fans, Queen size sleep sofa, tub chair and matching upholstered stool, cane chair with cushions and teak arms, coffee table and end tables with lamps. There is also a TV cabinet and TV with cable connection, as well as a bookcase with a drop down desk unit. There is also wireless internet. There is a hair dryer provided.

The dining room has a round polished dining table and upholstered chairs, with a hatch to the kitchen.

The bathroom has a vanity with basin, a bath and separate walk-in shower with seat, grab bars in the shower and on the bath wall, a towel rail which is also a grab bar, and a comfort height toilet.

The apartment has a pretty patio with table and chairs, along with use of the BBQ. There is a washer and dryer available for guests who stay 7 nights or longer, A/C, and an iron and ironing board.

This unit will sleep four comfortably, and is wheelchair accessible. Please, no young children as the units are part of a condo building.

Beach towels are provided, as well as a beach umbrella and a couple of beach chairs.

Nearby Attractions

The nearest bus service runs along Middle Road – east to Hamilton or west towards Somerset, as well as along South Shore Road to beaches. Travelling by bus along South Shore Road you will have wonderful views of the ocean, beaches, and coves as you roll along. For the more adventurous, mopeds or scooters can be ordered upon arrival and delivered to the house.

The Railway Trail is perfect for walking, jogging, or biking as cars and trucks are not permitted to drive upon it. Nearby beaches on the South Shore include the magnificent Horseshoe Bay (with amenities – café, showers and toilets, beach chair rentals etc.), Warwick Long Bay (only a 15 minute walk from the property), as well as a secluded cluster of coves that includes Stonehole Bay and Jobsons Cove (lovely for snorkelling). 

For informal dining the closest restaurant is Gulfstream or the Swizzle Inn near Horseshoe Bay. The closest formal restaurants would be The Waterlot (Fairmont Hotel), The Dining Room (at the Southampton Lighthouse), Blu (at the Belmont) and of course the Fourways Inn which is excellent and does a fabulous Sunday Brunch.

The condo is close to the famous Gibbs Hill Lighthouse with its breathtaking views across the island and down the coast, towards an unparalleled collection of Bermuda’s loveliest beaches. It is just a short walk down to the end of the street, cross South Shore Rd and then there is a path just a little ways down that leads to the beach. From Warwick Long Bay there is a path that you can follow that connects to multiple other beaches all the way down to Horseshoe Bay.The lighthouse has a very nice restaurant serving lunch and dinner and a gift shop too as a reward for all that stair climbing!

Parks, picnics, horseback riding, scuba and snorkelling are easily managed from this location for the perfect holiday.

Another Amazing Stay

I have been to Bermuda 5 out of the past 6 summers and this property is always my first choice if its available! I have stayed at other locations on the island, but the location of this property is by far the best. 15 minutes and you're in downtown Hamilton, some of the best beaches on the island are within walking distance, others are just a 2 minute moped ride down the road. This was my third time staying at this rental property and it never lets me down. If it's available next summer, I fully plan on staying here again!

Our stay was lovely. C60 was comfortable, well-located and had everything we needed. The homeowner was a fantastic hostess, responsive and very helpful. There was even a parking space for the Twizy we rented—which was a truly awesome addition to the island, provided you are driving and not crammed in the back seat. All in all, a great time. Thank you so much. We will definitely use your service again.
